JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Administrator (OA) is responsible for meeting the operational needs of the center. The OA role is designed to increase productivity and accountability within the center. By leading employee management, forecasting, documenting, and scheduling, the OA will ensure the center is running efficiently.
The Operations Supervisor will orchestrate weekly check points with OAs to ensure the centers are meeting budget, optimizing labor utilization, and implementing company policies to encourage a culture of collaboration between operational and clinical aspects of the business. It is expected for the OA to be available to work during center hours, Monday-Friday, (7:30-5:00 pm) when the clinics are open, as well as to make scheduling adjustments as necessary outside of business hours.
