Position Overview: 

As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and refinishing work on vehicles. Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing damage, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs. 

• Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. 

• Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and masking. 

• Refinish vehicles with precision, ensuring a high-quality finish. 

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. 

• Communicate with service writers and estimators to clarify repair requirements and timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role. 

• Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment. 

• Strong understanding of auto body repair techniques and industry standards. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Knowledge of I-CAR training and certifications is a plus, but not required.
