Customer Contact Center Support Representative We are seeking a passionate and skilled fashion professional to join our team, specializing in helping customers find the perfect pair of jeans to suit their body type, preferences, and personal style. In this role, you will offer personalized styling advice, ensuring each customer finds the best denim fit. Your expertise in denim fashion trends will allow you to guide customers through their purchasing decisions, making each interaction meaningful and tailored to their needs. As a brand ambassador, you will build and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both new and returning customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering a sense of trust and loyalty. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you will bring an enthusiastic approach to achieving sales goals and delivering a seamless customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in person and in writing, will be key in building connections with customers and conveying the brand's values. THIS IS A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT STARTING 11/4/2024 ending on/about 11/4/2025.* THIS IS A VIRTUAL/REMOTE OPPORTUNITY * Flexibility is REQUIRED to work the following hours: M-F 8am-5pm CST Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized styling advice, helping customers choose jeans that best complement their body type and personal style. Stay informed about the latest denim and fashion trends to offer up-to-date guidance on fits, styles, and brands. Offer a high level of customer service by identifying individual needs and guiding customers through their purchasing decisions with thoughtful and tailored recommendations. Cultivate and maintain personalized relationships with customers, providing a positive shopping experience that encourages return visits and brand loyalty. Enthusiastically participate in achieving both individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the store. Effectively communicate fashion insights and recommendations through written and verbal channels, enhancing the customer's understanding of the product. Represent the brand's values and style in all customer interactions, creating a consistent and engaging experience that reflects the brand's identity. Project a professional company image on behalf of our clients through text/chat interaction Promote client's products High-volume adaptability and multitasking Must be comfortable with product consultation and suggestive upselling Ability to translate trend looks and techniques into easy-to-follow steps for clients Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers Make recommendations to help improve the customer's experience What You'll Need/Qualifications: 6 months of Customer Service experience (in person or over the phone), Required 2-4 years of prior experience in fashion styling or retail, preferably with a focus on women's denim. A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals with the ability to make suggestive sales. Ability to professionally communicate on verbal and written platforms, with the ability to engage with customers and build meaningful relationships.
