Job Summary:
The BSA Compliance Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the Bank’s AML, CFT, CIP, OFAC, and information security programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position advises Bank management, subsidiaries, and affiliates of emerging AML, CFT, CIP, OFAC and information security risks and guides the Bank in establishing controls to mitigate said risks. This position also manages a team of direct reports to perform and escalate AML, CFT, CIP, and OFAC priorities throughout the Bank.
The individual selected will be hired as either a BSA Officer or BSA Compliance Manager DOE.

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: BSA Officer $86,000 - $102,000 BSA Compliance Manager $100,000 - $120,000
