Compensation: Negotiable Based on Experience

The Retreat at Lake Noire is a tranquil vacation rental resort in Oakwood, Texas, offering 20 cabins surrounding a serene lake. Designed to provide a relaxing and memorable experience, our resort is committed to delivering top-tier comfort, cleanliness, and service for each guest’s stay.

Job Summary:
The Retreat at Lake Noire is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to help us create a welcoming, clean environment for all guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cabin cleanliness, organizing linens, and preparing cabins to meet the highest standards after each check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare cabins after guest check-out, with attention to detail in all areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas).
• Organize and manage linens for pick-up and return, ensuring an adequate supply for all cabins.
• Change bed linens, refresh towels, and replenish in-room amenities as needed.
• Conduct inspections for maintenance or repair needs, promptly reporting issues to the property manager.
• Coordinate with the on-site team to ensure each cabin is guest-ready within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of restocking needs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in hospitality or vacation rentals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks, such as bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
