Location:

Our headquarters are in Washington, DC, offering a hybrid work schedule. We welcome candidates from across the US, whether you prefer to work remotely or in our DC office.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Email Strategies: Create impactful email campaigns that utilize best practices and innovative tactics.
Client Support: Collaborate with client teams to deliver excellent service and achieve meaningful results.
Project Management: Assist in managing the project timeline to ensure timely approvals for campaign components.
Email Creation: Build and deploy emails using platforms such as EveryAction, Engaging Networks, Luminate, and others.
Collaboration: Work with clients and internal teams to align on campaign goals and objectives.
Audience Management: Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure personalized messaging for our clients.
Automation Campaigns: Build and deploy automated email campaigns across various platforms.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure emails render correctly across devices and email clients.
Performance Analysis: Analyze email campaign performance data and recommend optimizations for improvement.
Fundraising Optimization: Enhance digital fundraising campaigns to maximize ROI across channels.
Research and Strategy: Evaluate emerging tactics and provide insights for adoption as appropriate.

Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
1-2+ years of email marketing experience.
Experience in building and deploying segmented email marketing campaigns with some knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience in agency and/or nonprofit settings is highly desired but not required.
Familiarity with various email marketing platforms and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
