We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist based in Houston, Texas. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to create engaging and sustainable digital experiences for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling copywriting skills to create engaging content that contributes to the company's growth and customer retention.

• Utilize Stripo or similar email building tools to construct customer email communications.

• Leverage your strong design skills to identify what works and what doesn’t within the confines of a brand style guide and pre-defined email templates.

• Participate in enterprise-scale email development workflows, adapting to different modes of project management.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and marketing specialists.

• Balance attention to detail with the pursuit of overarching objectives, incorporating feedback from various content reviewers.

• Apply your knowledge of HTML and SalesForce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer communications.

• Use Agile/Scrum methodologies and Atlassian tools within project management frameworks.

• Contribute to the elevation of the brand identity through content production and design.

• Support the acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of existing customers across the entirety of the company's services.

• Proficient in Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in Marketing, with knowledge of market trends and strategies.
• Strong Design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and create appealing UI/UX designs.
• Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Production, with the ability to oversee the production process from conception to completion.
• Knowledge of Brand Awareness, with the ability to create and maintain a strong brand image.
• Understanding of Financial Notes, with the ability to comprehend and manage financial aspects of projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, with the ability to design and implement website interfaces.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Frameworks, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, for effective project management and tracking.
• Knowledge of UX principles, with the ability to design user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in using Templates for design, for efficient and consistent design output.
• Understanding of Scrum methodology, with the ability to work in a collaborative, team-based setting.
• Strong UI design skills, with the ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Excellent Copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
• Knowledge of Scale Out strategies, with the ability to manage and accommodate growth.
• Familiarity with Bonus Program structures, with the ability to manage and distribute bonuses effectively.
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite Technologies, for effective project and resource management.
• Ability to create Compelling Content, with a focus on engaging and retaining users.
• Understanding of Corporate Identity, with the ability to maintain and enhance the company's image.
• Knowledge of Sustainability principles, with the ability to implement environmentally-friendly practices.
• Experience working in a Marketing Department, with the ability to collaborate and contribute effectively.
• Familiarity with Join Me collaboration software, for effective remote teamwork.
