Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Enrollment Specialist, you will guide union members and veterans through the process of understanding and enrolling in benefits. No previous experience is required — we provide full training ! This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from home while helping others secure their future.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and assist clients in understanding the benefits available to them.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process , ensuring accurate completion of forms.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to address their specific needs.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team to improve client experiences and meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
•   No prior experience needed—training provided!
