RIVERSPORT is a nonprofit organization focused on outdoor recreation and adventures, Olympic sports including rowing and canoe/kayak, and creating opportunities for more people to get outside more often. Responsible for creating a safe, fun environment for guests by proactively reaching

• Must enthusiastically represent Oklahoma River Adventures by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.
• Develop and implement a structured practice schedule for weekly practices in VALORANT.
• Able to follow daily opening, operational and closing procedures in order to operate the activities as instructed, enforce safety rules and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all work areas.
• Provide information to guest about facilities, programs, entertainment options, and rules and regulations.
• Able to greet and handle guests in a friendly, but firm manner to provide for a good guest experience and enforce rules.
• Monitor the arena and users
• Clean activity area daily or more often to insure a safe and fun environment.
• Able to handle minor complaints and suggestions from guests in a calm and professional manner or seek additional assistance from supervisor if necessary.
• Group supervision of campers as assigned with attention to all of the following: health, happiness, discipline, cleanliness, safety, routine duties, and character and skill development.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• CPR, AED, First Aid certified (will provide training if necessary)
• Demonstrate ability to provide a high standard of professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Achieve and maintain a rank in VALORANT
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Knowledge of video games and systems is strongly preferred
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Desire and ability to work with children
