As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Gutter Installation and Repair Technician to join our team and lead our installation projects.
Job Description: Are you an experienced gutter installation professional looking for a leadership role? Do you excel at managing projects and guiding a team to deliver exceptional results? If so, we want you to join our team! As the Lead Gutter Installation and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of gutter installation and repair projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of gutter technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutter systems, including downspouts and gutter guards.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the best approach for gutter installation or repair and develop project plans.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and meets customer expectations.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain the work being performed, provide maintenance recommendations, and address any concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and manage inventory.
Requirements: - Extensive experience in gutter installation, repair, or a related field (construction, roofing, etc.).
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including climbing ladders and working at heights.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
