Join Our Team as a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a seasoned professional in fleet maintenance and leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic Fleet Maintenance Supervisor with 5+ years of experience in shop supervision and diagnostic repair to oversee our operations in the LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation sector.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced maintenance shop.
• Oversee all aspects of fleet maintenance, including diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
• Monitor shop productivity and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and oversee parts inventory.
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• This is a working supervisory role; repair and hands on work is required.

Work schedule:

• Monday through Friday

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years of experience in shop supervision and hands-on fleet diagnostics/repair, preferably in the LTL industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software used in fleet maintenance.
• Solid understanding of diesel engines, brakes, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality.
• Certifications such as ASE T Series, EPA 609, or OEM-specific training are a plus.
