Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Our recently renovated Residence Inn Waldorf is an all-suite, extended stay hotel, ideally located in the heart of Waldorf, Maryland, where you will find a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Our hotel's location is within easy reach of many government and military agencies such as Indian Head NAVSEA, Andrews AFB and Dahlgren, Virginia. You'll also find our location convenient to Washington, D.C., and many companies such as Civista, Northrop Grumman, Beretta USA, NRG, Lockheed Martin, Oracle, GE, SAIC, Raytheon, Southern Maryland Hospital, and SMECO. The hotel was designed specifically for business travelers, insurance companies and relocations. Our studio and 1 and 2 bedroom suites offer fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, and work desks with free high speed Internet access; our suites provide all the comforts of home.
