Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver

Are you a responsible, hardworking, and self-driven individual? We are looking for enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to join our fast-paced team. As a Delivery Driver in our company, you will have the chance to work outdoors, stay active, and play an integral role in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Position Overview: The Delivery Driver role is a vital part of our company’s operations. You will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role requires physical strength, as it involves lifting, lowering, and carrying packages. You will also undergo both in-class and on-the-road training to ensure you’re well-prepared to perform your duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely Deliveries: Safely and efficiently transport goods and parcels to designated locations within the Barrie area.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and keep it clean.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road.
• Reporting Issues: Report any vehicle-related issues promptly to ensure timely repairs and prevent disruptions in service.

Shift Details:

• Days: Monday to Friday (with weekend availability as required)
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day (9:15 am to 7:45 pm)

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Basic Requirements:

• Excellent Driving Record: A clean driving history is a must.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be 23 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
• Valid Full G Driver's License: A valid and unrestricted G driver's license is required.
• Clean Driving Abstract: Applicants must have a recent, clean driving abstract.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years holding a valid G license is required.
