We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team onsite in Ypsilanti, MI (We are open to candidates who can productively and efficiently work by remote).

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, layout, and produce digital and print designs.
• Develop graphics and layouts for logos, websites, and products.
• Comply with brand standards and maintain consistency and individuality for each brand.
• Adhere to specs, templates, colors, bleeds, etc., so all produced work is print-ready for our production partners.
• Ensure high-quality, professional designs. Using computer software, design detailed or technical illustrations, mockups, and possible animations.
• Provide photography and video services and operate related equipment.
• Produce/edit video assets for social media and website.
• Review proofs and final layouts to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Follow and comply with all safety, work rules, and regulations, and maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

This is a dynamic position and will include some mundane tasks as needed - Happy to discuss as we are very communicative! We work as a team and no job is above any one else's.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Adobe Illustrator and/or Fresco.
• Must be able to work on artwork in a group setting with clients present.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who thrives on collaboration, but can also work independently.
• Excellent work ethic and sense of accountability.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills are essential.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism and ability to build and foster strong relationships.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related major. (Not necessary if applicant shows a high level of skill).
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Work experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator or any other vector based program, graphics and photo imaging, and video creation.
