HR Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr.

Location: Rosenberg TX 77471

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

An operations and maintenance company for residential water and wastewater facilities is seeking a Human Resource Administrative Assistant. With your excellent organizational and time management skills, you will profoundly impact the organization by managing and updating HR databases and assisting in payroll preparation. Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
2. Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, PTO, and personnel changes)
3. Assisting in payroll preparation
4. Assisting with posting open positions and processing incoming resume
5. Assisting with the administration of benefits

List Qualification or Requirements:

1. Organizational and time management skills
2. At least 1 year HR Administrative experience
3. Solid experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and Canva
4. Great communication skills verbal and written
