Title: HR Clerk/Assistant Olsten is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current HR Clerk/ Assistant job in Lumberton, NC. As an HR Clerk you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Responsibilities and Requirements
- At least 5 years of administrative support experience preferred.
- Must be a team player with a high sense of urgency and accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and take direction from numerous people.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must maintain confidentiality in the performance of duties along with taking initiative and be detail oriented.
- Must be able to multitask and execute tasks with repeated interruptions.
Fluent in Microsoft, Excel, Outlook.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintains filing system- scan, save and retrieve data as required-will process information, documents, and files on an on-going basis.
- Other Admin and generalized duties are assigned.
Pay for this position is $17.00/hr. plus overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
