Role: HR Assistant

Location: 6565 Headquarters Drive, Plano, TX

Duration: 4-5 months

Hybrid: Tuesday and Wednesday mandatory om-site, and other days will depend on the business need

Interview: On-Site or video interview via MS Teams for 60 minutes (Panel interview)

Job Summary:

• The team is using AquaFax to process and verify I9s, this individual is also going to process I9 along with the team of 2. If candidate has prior experience with Aqua fax, it would be preferred else its fine.
• On an average 100 I9s per week needs to be processed (this data might vary), right now the team has close to 8000 records which are yet to be reviewed.
• This individual will be doing auditing, reviewing documents to check and verify the I9 documents, offline review and reaching out to the workers in case any documents are missing or incorrect.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR, compliance, or a related field, with specific exposure to I-9 verification processes.
• Strong knowledge of federal immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and electronic I-9 solutions is a plus.
