Position Summary The
HR Onboarding Assistant, Seasonal will support the onboarding team during a high-volume hiring period of
February - April . This position plays a vital role in ensuring new team members are smoothly and efficiently onboarded while feeling welcomed and prepared to begin employment.
Position Responsibilities - Assist in execution of the pre-employment and onboarding process for candidates, which includes employment verification, social media check, drug test, reference checks, etc.
- Monitor appropriate background sites for results and updates.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and managers, following up promptly when additional information is needed.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate tracking information.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and other departments to ensure readiness for start dates.
- Assist with preparation, execution and follow-up related to orientation.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company and legal standards
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Excellent communication skills for interacting with new team members and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring confidentiality
