This is a weekend position that will work onsite between 8-4, with other on call hours from a remote location with dispatch capability.

Circle of Life is looking for an independent IT Assistant for it's weekend operations. This person will work Friday through Monday (8 hour days) to manage any IT related needs, and perform IT related duties to support overall operations.

Applicants must have HS Diploma or equivalent. Must have demonstrated customer service experience, dependability, and aptitude for IT functions. This is a safety sensitive position.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. Assists staff, volunteers, and any other approved persons in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and network technology.
2. Perform routine hardware replacements and upgrades as needed.
3. Create user IDs, modify user profiles, re-set passwords, maintain email accounts, email distribution lists, and perform regular file maintenance; set up user access permissions consistent with district policies and procedures; document changes and revisions.
4. Maintains excellent communication with management of existing or potential problems.
5. Maintains logs, testing schedules, and routine functions for ongoing IT operations.
6. Provides troubleshooting assistance over the phone, mobile, or in person.
7. or operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs;
8. Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with patients, families, co-workers, and members of the public.
9. Represents Circle of Life to the community in a positive manner.
10. Demonstrates flexibility, versatility and a positive attitude in integrating additional duties.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
