Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, submitting, prescreening, interview alignment, salary negotiation, extending offers, and closing candidates.
Track calls, candidates, emails, interviews, submittals, and offers through an Applicant Tracking System, such as JobDiva.
Search for qualified candidates via our job boards, such as ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, and Monster.
Identify qualified candidates through referrals, networking, internet career sites, and virtual meet-ups/career fairs.
Advertise and market employment opportunities to various employment job sites and social media.
Recruit and place various levels of cleared employees (Public trust, Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, TS/SCI CI Poly and Full Scope Poly).
Coordinate and assist in the scheduling of phone, skype, and in-person interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.
Handle the onboarding of employees from negotiating pay rates and/or salary to discussing the benefits included.
Recruit cleared personnel in the areas of, but not limited to: Full Stack Software Engineers, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineers, DevOps/Cloud Engineers, Big Data/Data Analytics Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, System Engineers/Administrators, and Network Engineers/Administrators.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
1-2+ years of IT recruiting experience, as you will be recruiting Software Developers, DevOps/Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, Systems/Network Engineers, etc.
Desired Skills:
Government recruiting experience.
Experience using ATS tools like JobDiva.
Experience using sourcing tools like ClearanceJobs, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience recruiting for cleared technical candidates.
