The Client is on the lookout for three meticulous System Testers to become a part of our Water Services Division. These individuals will be responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and resolving any issues or defects that arise during the testing of different cases for a customer-facing web application.


Please Note: This role requires you to be 100% on-site in Phonix, AZ


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in testing, with a proven ability to identify defects/issues
• At least 1 year of experience with a customer-facing web application
• Prior experience in a municipality or utility setting is desirable
• Ability to professionally correspond with customers

You will be working with software such as Microsoft Office and an application known as ePortal/eAdmin from i3 Vertical. Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with the latter, we will provide you with the necessary training.

• Ability to write test-scripts
