About the Role

The Company is seeking a Leadership Coach to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing a leadership coaching program. This program will be designed to empower and support leaders at all levels, as well as individuals with high potential. The role involves conducting comprehensive career assessments, assisting in goal setting, and delivering workshops in partnership with the Senior Director of Training and Organizational Development. The Leadership Coach will also be tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning leadership development initiatives with talent management strategies. Applicants for the Leadership Coach position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years experience in planning and personnel development and training programs. A strong understanding of career development and coaching techniques is essential, and prior experience in managed care or healthcare is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in coaching individuals at the senior and executive leadership levels and may hold additional certifications in career coaching.
