The EXP Realty team is looking for motivated Licensed Realtors to join our growing Real Estate team. You will work directly with clients in a fast-paced sales environment, advising them through the process of buying, selling, and renting apartments. You will be part of an experienced, driven, and energetic sales team that promotes collaboration and values creating first-class client experiences.

The EXP Realty team employs cutting-edge marketing tactics and unparalleled knowledge to make the home buying, selling, and renting process intelligent and seamless. Our extensive portfolio of listings includes urban townhouses, traditional single-family homes, waterfront properties, and expansive luxury estates. Our priority is to provide our clients with world-class customer service that helps ensure that every aspect of the transaction exceeds expectations.

What we're looking for:
· Currently, hold an active Real Estate License or be willing to get one ASAP
· Self-motivated, driven, and energetic
· Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
· Service-oriented attitude with a client-first focus
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work productively within a team environment

· Successfully closed residential sales are a plus

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000 - $200,000
