Position Overview:

We're excited to expand our brand awareness through creative licensing relationships. As a key member of our team, you'll strategically build value through partnerships that connect our brand to consumers. You'll oversee the licensing approval process and support our marketing and product development teams, collaborating closely with our diverse group of licensors.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of licensors, staying updated on design development, trends, and growth opportunities. Act as the main point of contact between licensors and our internal teams.
Business Reviews: Arrange and lead quarterly business reviews with licensors to strengthen partnerships.
Design Management: Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to analyze and oversee the development and life cycle of licensed designs, focusing on both sales and profitability.
Licensor Support: Accommodate requests from licensors for information and sales projections, ensuring their needs are met.
Compliance Coordination: Support the Licensing Compliance team in enforcing adherence to licensing agreements.
Approval Processes: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth product and design approval process, including managing the color approval process for all licensed products alongside the Art Production Manager.
Marketing Liaison: Serve as the marketing point of contact for all licensed assets created by our internal teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Approval Tracking: Manage and track product approvals from various licensors, conducting follow-ups as necessary.
Work Environment:
This position can be hybrid or remote, depending on the candidate's location and experience.
Travel may be required for annual licensor shows.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of licensing experience; established licensor relationships are a strong plus.
Detail-Oriented: Must be organized and able to promote and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proactive approach to work.
Team Player: Must demonstrate professionalism, respect, and courtesy in managing work relationships. Ability to build strong relationships across all levels, both internally and externally.
