State Farm is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Life and Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals and families to assess their life and health insurance needs, provide expert guidance, and offer customized solutions that help them protect their financial well-being. Youll be instrumental in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our products, and supporting them through the entire process from initial consultation to policy management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients life and health insurance needs through comprehensive consultations.
Recommend personalized life, health, and supplemental insurance products tailored to individual needs and financial goals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
Educate clients about the features and benefits of life and health insurance policies, helping them make informed decisions.
Process applications, claims, and policy changes in compliance with State Farm policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in insurance laws, and product offerings to provide the most relevant advice.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives through proactive outreach and lead generation.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Qualifications:
A Life and Health insurance license is required (or must be willing to obtain within a specified time frame).
Previous experience in life and health insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Ability to develop trust-based relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
