Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Associate - Investigator to join our team at the corporate office in Upland, CA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores, assets, and personnel by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting physical security checks, and investigating incidents of theft or misconduct.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV systems to detect and prevent theft or suspicious behavior.
• Conduct physical security checks to prevent losses.
• Investigate incidents of theft or misconduct.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred or High School graduate/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of experience and education in Security Administration, Law Enforcement, or military background.
• Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field for at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in CCTV surveillance and report writing.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of criminal investigation techniques.
• Certification in loss prevention is a plus.
