Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician who has experience with CNC Machines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production and facility equipment operates at peak efficiency. This role involves both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform necessary maintenance and service. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric equipment, including Vertical and Horizontal CNC machines.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and test and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for troubleshooting support and sourcing replacement parts.
• Tool & Equipment Use: Utilize a range of hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment effectively in maintenance tasks.
• Communication: Keep management informed about maintenance findings, status of work, and any issues that may impact production. Ensure clear and concise communication regarding the prioritization and completion of tasks.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to sustain equipment longevity and prevent unplanned downtime.
• Safety & Organization: Adhere to all safety regulations, maintain clean and orderly work areas, and manage parts and tool storage efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with CNC machines (Vertical and Horizontal CNC machines).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading manuals and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems across various equipment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong curiosity about machinery, mechanical systems, and how they function, coupled with a mechanical mindset.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically present with regular and dependable attendance.
