Primary Responsibilities: Identify proactive media, social media, and speaking opportunities Research, develop, and edit content, including messaging, briefing docs, speeches, press releases, blog posts, social media posts, and more Lead coverage reporting, measurement, and analytics to showcase team results for key stakeholders Provide support on a variety of executive programs - including media and speaking/event prep Drive thought leadership on key narratives Support the management of and response to issues Manage external agency team resources Requirements: 6+ years of experience in communications, ideally public relations - agency, in-house, or both Excellent research, communication, writing, organizational and project management skills Skilled at managing up and prioritizing; self-starter who is comfortable managing their work autonomously Strong media relations and social media skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is able to multi-task, re-prioritize projects and communicate priorities to business partners Positive, flexible attitude, sense of humor and living in the moment are second nature No ego - we are a small, dynamic team and everyone pitches in to get the job done At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
