About the Role: As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing team to plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns. You'll assist in coordinating social media, digital content, and promotional strategies that engage audiences and align with our clients' goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Maintain and update the company's marketing database and CRM systems.
• Support administrative tasks, including managing marketing calendars and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in marketing or social media is preferred but not required.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for brand storytelling.
