About the Role:

Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in Red Lake, MN? We have a full-time position available for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves working with K-12 students, providing essential therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your Impact:

• Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Setting: Onsite, serving students from K-12
• Caseload: Manage a diverse caseload within one or two school buildings
• Focus: Provide both direct and indirect therapy services to enhance students' functional skills

What You'll Do:

• Assess and Plan: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Intervene and Support: Deliver direct therapy and collaborate on indirect services.
• Collaborate: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
• Monitor and Adjust: Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
• Engage: Offer engaging and effective therapy tailored to student needs.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensure: Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification.
• Experience: Prior school-based experience preferred; openness to K-12 students.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
