Position: Office Assistant
Location: Ellisville

Type: Full-Time

What Youll Do:
As our Office Assistant, youll be a vital part of the engine that keeps our company running smoothly. Working alongside our fantastic Office Manager, youll tackle a variety of tasks, including:

• Accounts Management: Keep finances on point with accounts payable/receivable and QuickBooks entries!
• Customer Service: Be a friendly voice answering incoming calls and making customers feel at home.
• Data & Documents: Track Profit and Loss, assist estimators with paperwork, and keep our CRM updated and organized.

What Were Looking For:
Youll be a superstar here if youre:

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: No detail is too small, and your organizational skills are second to none.
• Customer-Focused: You know how to connect with people and create positive experiences.
• Team Player: Collaboration is key, and you work well with others to keep everything moving forward.

Bonus Points: Previous office experience and QuickBooks skills (preferred, but not required).
