Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Security Agent/Household and Farm Assistant. This multifaceted role requires a dedicated professional who can provide executive support, ensure personal safety, assist with household tasks, and help with farm management. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal security, exceptional organizational skills, and a flexible approach to varied responsibilities, including experience with farm operations. This individual will live on the property while on shift and shifts will be on the weekends with the candidate potentially generating 30-36 hours per weekend.
Key Responsibilities
Security Agent Duties:
- Conduct routine and as-needed security assessments of residence, farm, and surroundings.
- Ensure personal safety at the residence and farm.
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or emergencies.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and security agencies as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of the employer at all times.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Communicate with the primary Personal Assistant to manage calendars, appointments.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications.
- Conduct research and provide summaries for various projects.
- Assist with household duties.
Household Assistance:
- Manage household supplies and make purchases as needed.
- Coordinate with external service providers (cleaners, maintenance, etc.).
Farm Assistance:
- Perform general help tasks around the farm.
