Pay Grade: TPWThis is temporary or hourly paid work performing professional health care services. Positions in this job are established for less than 9 months or scheduled for less than 30 hours per week and are not eligible for benefits if the position status is temporary (i.e., SCOA 513). Positions in this job are established for greater than 9 months and scheduled for greater than 30 hours per week if the position status is permanent labor (i.e., SCOA 512). EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Conduct follow up telephone interviews with PRAMS sample members and record respondents’ answers to scripted questions in an online survey software.Schedule telephone interview appointments and keep accurate records of telephone contacts.Assist with preparing survey materials and mail operations.Maintain confidentiality and privacy of telephone interviews and mail materials.Assist with data entry using the PRAMS Integrated Data Collection System (or back-up system).Assist the PRAMS Coordinator and PRAMS team with other activities as needed.Participate in PRAMS human subjects training and all other trainings required by GDPH and the PRAMS program.Adhere to the PRAMS protocol.Other duties as assigned.
