As teams scale in size and in their use of Figma, identity, access management, and permissions becomes an important cornerstone for admins. Creating secure and reliable workflows to manage users is pivotal to ensuring companies are able to successfully use Figma at scale. The IAM & Workflow teams are part of the Monetization pillar at Figma. Our mission is to help teams, big and small, create and collaborate effectively. As a PM, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners and our customers to develop and execute a vision and roadmap. You will be responsible for ensuring that Figma’s identity offerings maintain industry standards and are scalable with our Enterprise customers needs. You will also have a chance to be part of a fast-growing company that is hungry for innovation and an incredibly talented PM team to learn from and partner with!What you’ll do at Figma:Be a subject matter expert for Identity at Figma; collaborating closely with other EPD teams at FigmaDevelop and implement a vision and roadmap for IAM that scales as the Figma suite growsEstablish relationships with Figma’s largest enterprise customers to identify and validate key opportunities Work closely with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap Driving planning and prioritization, defining and supervising key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plansWe'd love to hear from you if you have:You have previous experience leading IAM initiatives and a proven track record of leading successful initiatives with large Enterprise customersYou have deep user empathy and the ability to build relationships with key customersYou’re comfortable working on both technical and user-facing featuresYou’re an excellent verbal and written communicator. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
