Role : Scrum Master/Project Manager
Duration:
6+ month contract-to-hire
Clearance:
Minimum Top Secret with the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI
Location : Fully onsite in Alexandria, VA
Responsibilities:
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Requirements:
5+ years of related experience
Bachelors in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
PMP certification
Proven working experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge on EVMS and Agile paradigm for development
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Service Now).
Proven experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
