Job Title: Instructor of Introductory Psychology Location: Texas Township Campus Full-Time/Part-Time: Part Time Pay Rate: Dependent upon course(s) taught Position Type: Faculty Posting Number: 00489 Job Summary: Do you have an advanced degree in psychology? Do you enjoy teaching and helping others reach their full potential? If so, then Kalamazoo Valley Community College may have the ideal opportunity for you. We are looking for an instructor to teach Introductory Psychology. This person will introduce research methods and data analysis, child development, learning, applied behavior analysis, memory, intelligence, states of consciousness, the physiological bases of behavior, behavioral health, personality, abnormal behavior, and treatment techniques. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology is required. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Prior post-secondary teaching experience strongly desired, preferably in the community college environment.
