Key Requirements: Broad experience advising government contractors regarding federal and state contract and regulatory compliance issues Drafting and negotiating contracts/teaming agreements with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts Experience assisting clients with bid protests Counseling clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims Advising clients on corporate transactions and assisting with corporate due diligence requirements Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school (U.S. JD required) Additional Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of Virginia state court practice and procedure is preferred Location: This position is based in our Washington, D.C. office.
