Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


•Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial rooftops


• Work collaboratively with project leads and electricians to complete projects


WORKING CONDITIONS
•Able to climb ladders and maintain balance on rooftops with various heights, angles, and surfaces
•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions to include heat, cold, wet, or humid environments
•Able to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or basements; requires kneeling, crouching, or crawling
•Ability to lift and maneuver 60 pounds frequently and up to 110 pounds with assistance
•Frequently use hand functions and fine motor skills, grasping, gripping, twisting, pinching, pulling, and pushing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•High School Diploma or GED
•18+ years old of age
•Valid Driver's License & clean driving record
•Able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•2 + years of Customer Service experience
•Basic knowledge of residential electrical and structural systems; experience of both AC and DC systems
•General knowledge of NEC, NABCEP Certification
•Solar, Military, Roofing, Electrical, or Construction experience; or Trade School degree in construction/building
