Come work for Sacramento's Leading Restaurant Group! The Kitchen restaurant is seeking to add a sommelier to their team. This individual must possess the highest level of food and beverage knowledge, deliver beverages promptly (such as wine, cocktail, and mocktail pairings), mark and clear glassware, and receive and stock products. They work with the corporate Bar and Spirits director to ensure all quality of designed beverage menus and offerings are maintained. The Sommelier uses their knowledge of the menu & beverage to assist the Head Sommelier and current and new team members with any questions regarding the restaurant's beverage procedures and menu. This team member knows of and maintains sanitary food handling practices as well as Restaurant Beverage service. The Sommelier participates with the servers in ensuring guests receive the highest level of hospitality and that all service operations run smoothly.Benefits & Perks of working for our team:
