IBSS is seeking a Technical Recruiter who is strong at sourcing, attracting, engaging, and hiring highly sought-after candidates in our Cybersecurity, Devsecops, Information Assurance, and AI/Clients. To be successful in this role, you must have the desire and passion for finding top technical talent and an interest in strategic talent acquisition and sourcing.
You will be working with a team of recruiters and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Support TA projects to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience to candidates.
Serve as a business partner to hiring managers across all business divisions to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to influence and impact the recruiting process to attract top talent.
Maintenance and execution of current job descriptions
Optimizing full utilization and features of the JobDiva (ATS) system.
Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel. Manage own full life cycle recruitment (source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.)
Complete the hiring process within defined metrics
Responsible for the full life cycle sourcing and recruiting the best talent for IBSS and its related business entities.
Headhunter, assertive drive for identifying and screening passive candidates.
Continuous pipeline network building across multiple talent profiles such as; Information Security Engineers, Incident Response Engineers, Security Specialist, IAM Engineers, Senior Security Engineers (application and network), Senior Network Engineers, and Cloud Platform experts
Utilize technical recruiting strategies and techniques to ensure that service delivery is met.
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand Talent Acquisition needs.
Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill, critical positions.
Deliver on Service Level Agreements/Metrics for assigned job postings/requisitions.
Interviews, and screens candidates for opportunities, ensuring that candidates fit company culture.
Cold calling candidates, building rapport
Identify applicants who meet the position requirements and submit to hiring managers for consideration.
Coordinates in the selection of the final candidates.
Negotiates salary ensuring that candidates fit within position budget
Partners with Hiring Manager delivering excellent customer service
Ensures that IBSS applicant tracking system (ATS) is documented, maintained and completed.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and video interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience technical sourcing and technical recruiting in a high-performing, fast paced environment for mostly Cyber or Information technology professionals.

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods or similar experience
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - JobDiva desired
BS in Business or related fields
Problem solving and tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize workload and multiple tasks/projects.
Passionate and a keen interest in Talent Acquisition
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
