Our award-winning exterior cleaning business is growing and we are hiring a couple Window Cleaners to join our team. Do you love working outside and performing physical tasks? Our training and leadership help our window cleaners be successful earning them livable wages and allowing them to take pride in their work.

You can earn $750-$1500/week gross after training! How awesome is that?

Our technicians provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing and holiday lighting. We also provide winter services such as snow removal for those that want to work year round. Our window cleaning crews are a tight-knit team and the owners and managers truly value and listen to our employees. We live and lead by our core values:

What we offer our Window Cleaners:

• A competitive and livable wage
• Training starts at $17/hr for 1-2 weeks unless you're up to speed sooner
• After training it's performance pay and techs earn an average of $18-$30/hr their first year (unless they have prior experience)
• Bonuses! Tips! And opportunities to earn over $40/hr some days!
• $1000 sign-on bonus for 1yr or more experience! 1/2 at 3 months and 1/2 at 6 months. Less than 1yr may still be eligible for a smaller bonus.

Work Schedule: 7:30-3:30, but the end of the day varies. We work year-round, but employees have the option to take Jan-March off with a $1000 come-back bonus in the spring.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must live within 30 minutes of our office
• Ability to lift, carry and climb on ladders with no problem
• Ability to work from non steep roofs 20-30 ft high
