Job Summary : Established electrical contractor located out of Monroe Twp, NJ is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable & Human Resource Assistant for immediate opening. The Accounts Receivable & Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks to aid in a seamless workflow.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable 2+ Years
- Bank Deposits and Receivables Entry
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- Vendor Maintenance
- Answering Phones
- Flexibility with Day-to-Day Changes and Prioritizing Tasks
- Employee Onboarding and File Maintenance
- Maintaining Fleet Inspection and Registration Records
- Data Entry
- Excel (Intermediate Experience past College Courses), Word and Google Drive
- Typing 45+ WPM
- This is an in office work position, remote work is not available
Preferred by not required:
- AIA Applications - Contracting Applications Experience Manual Applications and Online Programs such as Textura, Procore and Various Others
- QuickBooks Online or Desktop
- Credit Card/Bank Reconciliation Experience
- Experience in Assisting with HR Responsibilities
- Prior bookkeeping in trades preferred; Experience in the construction industry preferred
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment alongside other team members
- MUST be dependable, punctual, and possess a professional attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the US
