ACE USA is a division of NC Custom, and the home of outdoor, retail inspired apparel and hard goods. We are currently hiring a well-rounded Creative Art Director with a hands-on management approach for our Denver office, who will lead the creative vision for the resort /travel /destination products we offer to our partners. The Creative Art Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative designs that captivate our target audience and reflect the essence of our resort business. Your expertise will help shape the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Direct and inspire a team of graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand strategy and marketing goals. Concept Development: Generate creative concepts for campaigns, brochures, digital media, and signage that enhance the guest experience and promote resort offerings. Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials maintain brand integrity and adhere to established guidelines while fostering innovative design solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective design solutions. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high standards of quality. Calendar Management: Create and adhere to production calendars based on industry needs, ensuring that timelines align with marketing and seasonal objectives. Catalog Releases: Manage and coordinate multiple catalog releases throughout the year, ensuring all materials are designed, produced, and distributed on schedule. Team Management: Manage a team of artists, including scheduling projects, tracking hours worked, and ensuring the timely completion of all design assignments. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to keep our visual communication fresh and engaging. Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of trends, techniques, and processes in screen printing, pad printing, and embroidery to ensure high-quality production and execution. Feedback and Iteration: Lead the review process for design projects, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the travel or resort industry is highly preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong understanding of trends, techniques, and processes in screen printing, pad printing, and embroidery. Preferably able to work onsite in our Denver, CO location, but this role may also be remote.
