Designer: Rugs, Soft Goods & Objects Job Description: The primary objective of this role is to produce refined, resolved designs of area rugs, pillows, furniture, and design objects based on direction from our Design Director. This role will see developed designs through the product development cycle and will communicate directly with our global network of factories throughout the development process. The Designer will create multiple colorways and designs to sit harmoniously within collections and will marry completed designs with constructions/qualities to satisfy target price points.
