We are looking for a growth-oriented Graphic Designer for our 4 brands - Pure Enrichment, Bentgo, Brusheez, and Verilux. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and passionate about graphic design. This person will be reporting to our Creative Director and working closely with our creative team and various internal departments. This role is responsible for the creative design & layout for our print and digital initiatives – meeting tight deadlines and being well versed in project management is a must. This detail-oriented hire will also demonstrate great collaboration skills to thrive in our entrepreneurial culture. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow as a designer within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of digital and print design projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns and packaging updates
• Collaborate with designers for all assigned projects
• Support the print and digital production of tasks with an eye for detail and strong understanding of design throughout
• Participate in weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions with other designers to help develop creative concepts
• Utilize your use of color, layout and typography to execute on various print initiatives as well as digital design projects
• Review, retouch, composite and enhance imagery captured at shoots and stock sites
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective design solutions
• Demonstrate strong multitasking and critical thinking alongside proficient project management skills

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of direct experience with graphic design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design is a plus
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator & Photoshop
• Portfolio demonstrating digital and print projects
• Experience working within brand guidelines for print and digital
• Highly organized, with strong project & time management skills
• Passion for design, print and creative storytelling
• Experience in photography and photoshoots is a plus

Salary Range:

$24.04 - $28.85 / hour

Actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and relevant job & industry experience.

This position will report to our Creative Director and will be working a hybrid-flex schedule in our Santa Ana office (currently in-office Tuesdays and working from home otherwise, but subject to change). Also open to remote position if candidate meets all requirements.
