As a Quick Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are properly maintained with quick and efficient oil changes, tire rotations, and other essential maintenance services. • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed.
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and recommend additional services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to provide accurate updates on vehicle status.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their service experience.
• Perform additional maintenance tasks as assigned by service management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive maintenance or quick lube services preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
