We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday) to join our team. This is a permanent position that requires a comprehensive understanding of Workday HCM Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of our Workday platform. They will also be involved in strategic HR projects, data analysis, and system enhancements. The Senior HRIS Analyst will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the system meets the needs of the organization and its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical point of contact for all Workday HCM integrations.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide support and maintenance for the Workday HCM system, including troubleshooting, data analysis, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand their system needs and translate them into system enhancements and configurations.
- Lead and participate in the design and implementation of new Workday HCM features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials.
- Manage system updates and upgrades, ensuring they are tested and deployed successfully.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to HRIS.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure system security and data integrity.
- Participate in strategic HR projects that involve the use of Workday HCM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM Integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
- Proven experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to HRIS.
- Experience with system testing and deployment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with other HRIS systems is a plus.
